"When Kriebel Resources first contacted me, I had no prior knowledge of natural gas wells. A Kriebel representative walked me through a comprehensive presentation, which not only clearly explained the leasing agreement and drilling process, but also highlighted the environmental benefits of natural gas.

The location for the gas well was a very remote section of my property, and this required construction of an access road. Despite this additional work, Kriebel made certain that my family wasn’t terribly inconvenienced throughout the process. The project was estimated to take several months to complete, and I was delighted when Kriebel finished ahead of schedule.

Overall, my experience with Kriebel has been positive, and I would recommend the company to friends and family. The financial benefits from this leasing agreement are valuable, but even more beneficial were the land enhancements that Kriebel brought to my property."

The Kriebel Group has become a leader in developing gas resources throughout Western Pennsylvania because of our commitment to customer service and our dedication to the people we work with. After considering the goals of our partners, we then take the following steps to develop the natural gas wells:

• Acquisition. Our veteran team of geologists, using production history, geology mapping and computer imagery, locates where natural gas deposits may exist. We then work closely with the owners of that land to obtain mineral rights to their piece of property.
  
  
• Drilling. Next, our drilling experts, seasoned professionals, safely, securely tap each well in a manner that’s minimally invasive to the land above it.
  
  
• Operation. The Kriebel Group oversees the daily operation of each well, channeling and delivering the natural gas through the latest, safest means of production.
  
  
• Production. As the gas is produced, landowners who lease with Kriebel Resources begin to receive royalty checks and or an allotted amount of reserved (free) gas from the well, and partners with Kriebel Wells begin to receive monthly distribution checks.
  
  
• Sales. Once a well is operational, our contractual agreements with energy companies who purchase the natural gas go into effect. We deliver our gas to industrial and commercial end users through various Local Distribution Centers ("LDCs"). The Kriebel Group has a significant relationship with Dominion Peoples, Equitable, Equitrans, Columbia of PA (CPA), Columbia (TKO) and Dominion Transmission (DTI).
  
  
• Well-Servicing. Servicing and maintaining the wells for optimal safety is always a priority for the Kriebel Group. We have our own servicing rig for swabbing wells and computerized equipment for predicting water down hole in a well.
  
  
• Reclamation. We leave it like we found it. The Kriebel Group believes in returning the environment to the same condition it was in before we arrived.
