Milissa Steiner Bauer has been vice president of administration for the Kriebel Group
since 1990, and she currently manages day-to-day relationships with Kriebel Wells' partners.
Her responsibilities include partner relations, financial and tax-related information and
filings, marketing and delivering of natural gas to end users, and special projects.
Active in child-advocacy organizations, she is a founding member and co-chairperson of the
Children's Scholarship Fund of Pennsylvania, which raises more than $750,000 annually to send needy children
to attend private faith based schools in Western Pennsylvania. In August of 2006, Milissa
received a Papal Honor from Pope Benedict the XVI known as "The Pontifical Equestrian Order of
Saint Gregory the Great". This honor recognizes lay persons of distinguished character for their
outstanding service for the well being and growth of the Church at the local levels. Milissa is
one of the youngest individuals to receive this honor. Milissa is a member of the
Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania.
Milissa is a member of the school board for Immaculate Conception school and is a member of the
board of directors for Clarion Hospital. She formerly was a member of the Atena Customer
Advisory Board, the S&T Bank Advisory Board, and the Clarion University Alumni Board.
Milissa is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with a bachelor of science degree
in business administration. She and her family live in Clarion, Pennsylvania.
