Jim Kriebel is president and chief executive officer of the Kriebel Group.
He and his father, Edward G. Kriebel, founded the Kriebel Group in 1972 when they acquired a company
that drilled, operated and owned natural gas wells. Today, Jim and his brothers, Gary and Greg serve as managing
general partners of the Kriebel Wells partnerships, made up of 1,600 natural gas wells in 14 Western Pennsylvania counties.
An active participant in affairs of the natural gas industry, he is a member of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Independent Petroleum Association of America.
Over the years Jim has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of various banks, including First Seneca Bank & Trust Company, Integra Trust Company, and National City Bank of Pennsylvania.
In his local community, Jim is a member of the board of directors of the Clarion University of Pennsylvania Foundation. He is a member of the Clarion County Council for Economic and Community Development and the Clarion County Industrial Development Authority.
Jim graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
